Reason Why Texas Blows # 4,820

Are you kidding me?!?!

I hope this goes to the Texas State Supreme Court and they overturn this appeals court ruling. Per this AP story: Court rules the Texas state's seizure of kids from the polygamist sect went over the line.

Key graph: "The Third Court of Appeals in Austin said the state failed to show the youngsters were in any immediate danger, the only grounds in Texas law for taking children from their parents without court action."

So, I suppose immediate danger wouldn't include the potential possibility of being raped. How crazy is that shit?!?!

This is an unbelievable ruling, that cannot stand. It just cannot.
