As I type, I am staying up WELL beyond my bedtime to watch NHL playoff hockey. The best playoff (while baseball is my fave sport) is hockey...hands-down...bar-none.
My Detroit Red Wings are up in this seven game series for Lord Stanley's Cup, the most awe-inspiring trophy, and coolest championship trophy of them all, to the tune of 3 games to 1.
We are currently in the intermission between the first overtime period, ready to start overtime sudden death number 2.
Nothing in the world of sports is better than this...playoff, sudden death overtime hockey.
Nothing is better than playoff, sudden death overtime hockey where Lord Stanley's Cup can be won by a team.
The only thing better than this moment in sport, is game seven, series tied, playoff, sudden death overtime hockey where the first one to score wins the Cup.
This is worth staying up for no matter how long it takes...edge of your seat, back and forth excitement.
