The whacko-right-wing Supreme Court is at their old tricks again. They have peeled another layer of rights of US citizens.
The whole "unreasonable search and seizure" thing found in the Constitution?...apparently, it no longer applies. Even at a routine traffic stop.
"The Supreme Court ruled Monday that police officers have leeway to frisk a passenger in a car stopped for a traffic violation even if nothing indicates the passenger has committed a crime or is about to do so."
Another step down the wrong path by the Court. Whatever you do ya'll...don't look shifty when stopped by police at a traffic stop. This has racial-profiling written all over it.
