Facts are a killah - Rolland Burris, I support thee

Fact 1: Blago is still, as of this moment, the Governor of Illinois.

Fact 2: Obama, left his Illinois Senate seat vacant upon election to The Presidency of the United States of America.

Fact 3: According to current Illinois statute, the current, sitting Governor has full right to fill that vacant Senate seat with whomever he or she chooses (as his/her discretion).

Fact 4: Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev) is a colossal douche bag.

Strike that, that's not a fact, that's my opinion...my bad.

Fact 4: Gov. Blago has chosen Roland Burris to fill that vacated Senate seat.

Fact 5: Despite Constitutional Law experts haggling about, there is NO precedent for the Senate not seating an appointee who is living, breathing, and coherent. (Hell, Strom Thurmond was a Senator for goodness sakes!)

PesudoFact 1: Reid made some snarky comment today that, "the Senate chooses who is seated in the Senate." What a cocky, pompous, jackass. That is so wrong it's not even funny. The voters chose who gets seated you dumb-fuck. In place of said voters, was a legally appointed man in one Roland Burris.

I fully support Burris, and I encourage him to take his case ALL the way to the United States Supreme Court if necessary, and wipe Harry Reid's nose in the dog shit he eats for lunch daily.
