Apparently a tiger escaped its pen and killed 2 people at the SF Zoo on Christmas Day. The police ended up killing the tiger. Shouldn't they have freakin' tranquilizer darts or something at the ready for these types of situations?
Look, they're freaking tigers. They see fresh meat, they are going to eat it. There was no reason to shoot the tiger, just like there is never a reason to shoot a wild animal that escapes a zoo and kills people. It's part of the risk ya'll.
Oh yeah, and Merry farkin' Christmas.
