Very self-flagellating on his POW status...that seems to be his only "qualification," which I would argue being tortured and beaten is not as such.

That's all he has. There was not a single specific of what he would do while in the White House. He and Palin are running solely on their personal biographies (hockey mom moose dresser and tortured POW) and their attacks on Obama.
I was waiting to hear what exactly he was going to do about the economy, education, health care, foreign affairs, and all I got out of that speech was that he doesn't consider those issues important enough to even include in his speech.
Did you notice when he barely mentioned the economy, something like, "Americans are having a tough time ..." he was immediately interrupted with chants of "USA USA USA?" WTF? How weird and inappropriate. Stupid cowboys.
As far as Cindy's speech, I expected hearts and flowers to come flowing from her mouth at any second. I don't think she could've gotten more saccharine if she tried. Bleh.
